“Faschingskrapfen”

We baked traditional sugar-coated jam-filled doughnuts, called “Faschingskrapfen”

And here is the recipe:

Ingredients: 1200g flavour, 120g butter, 120g yeast, 120g sugar, 12 egg yolks, 1 spoon full of salt, 1/2l warm milk + 4 spoonful of rhum, 1 pack of vanilla sugar;

- Put all ingredients together, let it rest for 30min, form doughnuts, bake them in hot oil for 3-4min on both sides, cool them a little bit out and fill the doughnuts with apricot jam, put powder sugar on it. Good luck and enjoy them!
